When I was out of a job, I was juggling dozens of applications, follow-ups, and half-finished resume drafts in scattered docs and spreadsheets.

I was using AI, notes from career coaches, books, and my own research to figure out what I should be pursuing, but nothing brought it all together into a clear plan.

RoleWise is my attempt at solving that: it helps you get clear on what you want, turns it into a practical assessment, and uses it to guide your search and applications from day one.
